Getting Started

I’ve been doing a lot of reading and experimenting on how to blog before getting started with this blog. My first try was a blog in my Bloglines reader. Using Blogline was easy - it’s always open to I can review the blogs I’m tracking and it has tools for easily creating a blog after reading something interesting. It took only about three days for me to get really frustrated with the lack of editing and customization tools.
After some research, I move to WordPress (as you can see). I found John Battelle’s Searchblog review very helpful. (WordPress v Movable Type: http://battellemedia.com/archives/003888.php). Now that I have a good tool, it’s time to get started.
