I am a passionate social media evangelist who thrives on teaching my colleagues how to use the tools of the social Web - blogs, microblogs, RSS feeds, wikis, collaboration tools and social networks.

I am an entrepreneurial operations and marketing executive with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams deploying cutting-edge technologies in fast-paced environments. I have strong technical and business qualifications with hands-on experience in strategic planning, corporate communications, project and product management, and customer relationship management. I have the proven ability to successfully analyze critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings.
