Insight Distribution Workshop: Leveraging Field Intelligence – December 19
Sheri will be presenting Northern Light’s Field Intelligence Agent (FIA) app. FIA allows enterprises to capture valuable field intelligence that is otherwise lost to the organization. Linked to your SinglePoint portal, you can use the included search, alerting, machine learning and AI tools to uncover insights in field intelligence. Efficient review, editing, and approval of the submissions ensures that insights added to the portal are meaningful and appropriate. Being able to use the insight distribution tools of SinglePoint such as strategic dashboards, newsletters, RSS feeds, and email alerts to share the insights from field intelligence with appropriate audiences within your organization.

Customer Summit – September 11-12
Sheri organized and presented the Northern Light Customer Summit, a two full program days where Northern Light customers will have the opportunity to talk and learn from one another. The program included several training sessions and round tables as well as presentations from leaders at J&J and Adobe describing how they leverage their SinglePoint portals for success within their organizations. Customers participated in a Silent Auction to determine which features from the roadmap get added to SinglePoint next and could schedule one-on-one break out sessions with the Northern Light leadership team. There was plenty of time to relax and network during the Boston Harbor cruise on Wednesday and during the cocktail party on Thursday.
At the Summit, customers could chat with Sheri, SVP of Product Design & Delivery, and other members of the Northern Light leadership team. Customers could meet the Customer Success Management team members that they talk to every day and discuss features with technologists from our development teams.
